Heidi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and Clinical Supervisor Intern. She is originally from New York where she attended Adelphi University and obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Social Work. While in New York, Heidi worked with adolescents, children and families who were affected by trauma and addiction within the foster care and juvenile justice systems. Heidi moved to North Carolina in 2015 and continued to follow her passion, working with young adults and families affected by trauma and addiction. She loves her current position as a Clinical Director, where she is still working directly with clients, but also supervising therapists and student interns, and sharing with them her love and passion for the healing work that we do. Heidi is a new mom, and enjoys spending as much time as she can outside, especially at the beach, with her husband and daughter.
