Dale Willetts, CCJP is Director of the TASC Training Institute (TTI) of Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. His 30-year criminal justice/addictions professional career includes Probation/Parole, Drug Treatment Court, Drug Education School and TASC administration. At TTI, he provides training and continuing education to NC TASC, DWI Treatment Facilities, Drug Education schools, and other treatment and justice system partners. He served eight years on the Ethics Committee during two elected terms on the North Carolina Substance Abuse Professional Practice Board.
