Juliana Wilson, MSW holds a graduate degree from the UNC School of Social Work where she focused on tobacco and nicotine product use in the LGBTQIA+ population. She joined NC Tobacco Prevention and Control Branch in 2022 leading a statewide survey on LGBTQ+ tobacco/nicotine product use and preferences for quitting among adults; in 2023 her work will expand into LGBTQIA+ youth prevention and cessation. She is the lives in Durham with her wife, an exuberant dog, and 3 dictatorial cats.
