Chelsea Mitchell, MS, LCMHCA, LCAS-A, NCC is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A) in the state of North Carolina. She is also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Chelsea graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2017, and from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021. Chelsea works as a substance use counselor at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in the department of surgery trauma. In her role, she conducts screening and brief intervention for substance use and acute stress for adult and pediatric hospital patients.
