Barden Culbreth is the Board’s Executive Director and has served in an administrative staff role to the Board for almost 20 years. Culbreth holds a BA in Political Science from NCSU and an MBA from UNC-Pembroke. He has worked in both the financial, government, and non-profit sector. Culbreth serves on multiple boards and commissions and volunteers with many charities and non-profits, including Meals on Wheels and the NC State Grange. He splits his time between Raleigh and Robeson County.
