Lauren Britton is a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health and Substance Use Counselor with over 6 years of experience in supporting individuals who are struggling with mental health challenges and substance use concerns. Beginning as an SAIOP counselor, she has provided personalized care through individual and group with a commitment to fostering recovery and emotional well-being. With a deep understanding of the stigma and struggles faced by those battling addiction, she provides empathetic, client-centered care that respects the dignity and autonomy of every individual. Her work is guided by a belief in the power of resilience, the importance of creating a safe space for vulnerable individuals, and the role of hope and personal growth that comes with recovery. In her personal life, she spends time at the beach, reading, and with those she loves.
