Biography

The Rev. Dr. Linda Perkins McRae is a dynamic leader whose passion for life and service shines through every endeavor. As President & CEO of HOPE Counseling & Consulting Services, Inc., she leads a thriving practice promoting hope, healing, and wholeness across four NC locations—Winston-Salem, Thomasville, Reidsville, and Yanceyville—offering outpatient substance use, mental health, and behavioral services.

She also serves as co-founder of More Than Conquerors, Inc. with her husband, Rev. Ronald McRae—a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring, educating, and transforming lives.

Dr. McRae holds a Master of Divinity (Wake Forest University, 2003), Master of Social Work (NC A&T/UNC-G, 2007), and a Doctor of Psychology (Graduate Theological Foundation, 2016). She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor, Certified Sex Offender Therapist, Substance Abuse Professional and more.

Her accolades include being named a FOX 8 Remarkable Woman Finalist, recipient of The Legacy Award for Human Services, and recognition as an East Winston-Salem Healthcare Legend. Under her leadership, HOPE received the Minority Business of the Year Award from the Triad Minority & Women Business Expo.

Active on numerous community boards, Dr. McRae treasures most her roles as wife, mother, and grandmother, finding greatest purpose in supporting her husband in ministry and being a living example of faith, love, and service to their blended family of eight children and eleven grandchildren.
