Dr. Ron Flack, Jr. serves as Vice President of the Carolinas Region for Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas, overseeing strategic operations, program expansion, and leadership development. As a person in long-term recovery and 19 years of experience in behavioral health, he has led as a MOUD program sponsor, CEO, and compliance officer. A licensed clinical addiction specialist and clinical supervisor, Dr. Flack has launched multiple SUD and mental health programs nationwide. Committed to long-term recovery, he integrates ministry and clinical excellence. Holding two bachelor’s, two master’s, and a doctorate from Grace College and Seminary, he is a passionate advocate for those navigating co-occurring disorders.
