Biography

Jessica Fowler, CADC, CPS has been in the substance use field since 2010, working with diverse youth and adult communities. She holds a Counseling with a minor in Addiction Studies and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. As the MindWELL Project Manager at the Poe Center for Health Education, Jessica leads mental wellness initiatives and health trainings, including Mental Health First Aid and Q.P.R. She collaborates on suicide and substance use prevention effort environmental changes, and enhancing youth resiliency and coping strategies. Jessica is dedicated to strengthening community protective factors and reducing stigma around substance use and mental health spans from primary prevention education to intensive outpatient treatment.
