Eli Branscome has a bachelor’s degree in Biology, a subject he taught in an earlier life. His graduate degrees in counseling were earned at UNC Charlotte where he is an adjunct professor. Dr. Branscome is also a counselor in private practice.
His professional experiences include counseling at: AIDS service organization, in-patient treatment facility for SUD, community health center, various PRN contracts, and supervision for clinicians with provisional LCAS & LPC licenses. He was a charter member of board of directors of an AIDS hospice, House of Mercy. He has presented various continuing education sessions (especially HIV) for AHEC, APNC, NC Conference on Aging, NCFADS, McLeod Institute at UNCC, CE trainings at Fellowship Hall and McLeod Center, Red Cross, and Union County Schools.
