Anthony Howard has 29 years of experience working at state and county level departments of social services and human services in North Carolina and Michigan. He holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from East Carolina University as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Stephens College. He is a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist and presently is working as the Substance Use Disorder Policy Consultant at DHHS, Division of Health Benefits/NC Medicaid. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he worked in the Security Police and Office of Special Investigations career fields.
