Seahawk Village is one of three apartment complexes at UNCW. Apartments have 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms. Apartments will be assigned by gender, and each participant will get their own room with a full-size bed.

Additional Details:
Every apartment has a kitchen, washer/dryer, and living room; please note participants will need to provide their own supplies, kitchenware and cookware if interested in using these amenities. Apartments will have (1)-(2) bathrooms (3-4 person apartments have 2 bathrooms).
Apartments will not receive any housekeeping during your stay. The complex features a Clubhouse where residence hall staff can be found to help answer questions or concerns. The complex also has an outdoor pool for participants to use during their stay from 10am-8pm (dusk). The Village is conveniently located next to Wagoner Hall, where most meals will be served. Parking for Residence Hall registrants only is in Lot SS.
Checkout is MANDATORY before 1:00pm Friday, July 29. Students not checked out on-time will be billed a $25 per 15 minute late checkout fee by Seahawk Village. Keys should be returned to the Seahawk Village Clubhouse and all your personal items removed from your apartment by that time!
