Paula Kohut, JD is a shareholder in Kohut & Adams, PA, in Wilmington, North Carolina where she focuses her practice in trust and estate planning and administration, non-profits and business law. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine and her J.D. with honors, from Wake Forest University School of Law. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, council member of the Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Associations. She is a Board Member of the St. Jude’s Wilmington Foundation, Inc. and the Coastal Women Attorneys.
