Leigh Atherton, PhD, LCMHCS, LCAS, CRC, CCS currently holds the position of Assistant Professor, Director of the MS in Clinical Counseling program within East Carolina University’s Department of Addictions and Rehabilitation Studies. He has over 18 years of clinical experience in the mental health and addictions field, serving as a clinician, supervisor, and educator. He also served on the NC Task Force on Clinical Supervision, formed by the NCSAPPB and APNC boards.
