Amanda Young is a clinical supervisor at Coastal Horizons Center, Inc.’s TASC program, where she supervises Care Managers serving probation- and parole-referred clients. Her work centers on staff development, clinical supervision, and leading a Motivational Interviewing implementation initiative. A member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and specializing in virtual offerings, Amanda delivers trainings and MI consultation and coaching to a wide array of learners. She is passionate about fostering compassionate work and making evidence-based practice accessible, engaging, and useful in the real world.
