Crystal V. Blair, MS, NCC, LCMHC-S, LCAS/CCS-I, HMI serves as a Mental Health Counselor and Alcohol & Other Drug Specialist at UNC School of the Arts. She holds a master’s degree in neuroscience from Wake Forest University and a master’s in clinical mental health counseling from UNC Greensboro. Her work integrates neuroscience, mindfulness, and counseling to support mental health, addiction recovery, and stigma reduction. With over a decade of experience in the field, Crystal is passionate about translating neuroscience into accessible education for clinicians, students, and communities while promoting compassionate, evidence-informed approaches to addiction treatment and recovery.
