Hi, I’m Jeff Hunsucker. I have been working in the addiction and mental health treatment and recovery field since 2012. During this time I’ve had the pleasure of working in numerous roles in a variety of agencies. I was able to earn a Master’s of Social Work from App State University in 2018 and am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and a Certified Peer Support Specialist. I currently own a small private practice where I provide individual therapy, clinical supervision and do training and consulting with local agencies. I am a husband and father of two children, and now have a grandchild. I enjoy all things barbecue in my personal time. I’ve been in long-term recovery for over 15 years now. I believe that those who experience substance use and mental health concerns should receive compassion, respect, encouragement and dignity in their treatment and recovery process. My hope is to be able to model these qualities with the individuals I serve.
