Biography

Noga Zerubavel, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist, co-founder of Arise Psychological Wellness and Consulting, and Medical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke University Medical Center, where she is involved in clinical education and research. She is the former director of the Stress, Trauma, and Recovery Treatment (START) Clinic at Duke. Dr. Zerubavel co-authored the book Integrating Mindfulness into Psychotherapy for Trauma. She regularly provides trainings for mental health clinicians, health care providers, and other professionals on topics related to trauma, mindfulness, clinical supervision, as well as addressing burnout, secondary traumatic stress, and sustainable practice.
