Rebecca Wenrich Wheeler has worked in the education field for 25 years, as a public high school teacher, health educator, elementary school counselor, a school-based care coordinator. She currently serves as a middle school counselor and a college adjunct instructor. She holds an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction and an MA in Professional Counseling. Rebecca is also a Registered Yoga Teacher. She is passionate about helping children and adolescents develop coping and stress management skills. She is the author of two picture books and a YA novel.
